Michael Bongiorno, principal and head painter of Michael's Custom Painting, was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. After moving to New Jersey, he started out in the field as a carpenter's assistant and was later building additions. Michael had then began working as a painting apprentice in the late 70's until starting his own business in 1984. Michael is still painting occasionally with his three sons.
